Public Drinking Water Source Protection Areas
Notice of approved amendment
The Minister for Planning has approved, as advertised, the abovementioned amendment to the Greater Bunbury Region Scheme. The amendment is shown on Western Australian Planning Commission plan numbers 1.7439/1, 1.7440/1 and 1.7441/1 and is effective from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.
The purpose of the amendment is to remove the Water Catchments – Special Control Area (SCA No. 1) from land where public drinking water source areas have been abolished.
Copies of the report on submissions on the amendment are available for public inspection from Friday 5 January 2018 to Friday 19 January 2018, online at www.dplh.wa.gov.au and at the following locations:
